My name is Lesley and I was born in Wales. I have a B.A.Hons 2.1 in Education. I have been a teacher of English and modern foreign languages for 29 years in the U.K., Germany and Spain. I now live on the Spanish Costa Blanca. I have purchased fabulous online books from Cambridge Bookshelf for English as a foreign Language for levels A1- C1 . My goal is to help my students develop and improve their skills in Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing in English as a second language. I also prepare my students for the Cambridge First Exams and IELTS and I am an official English examiner for Telc GmbH , Germany.
I am a patient teacher with such a wealth of experience.

We are very happy about Lesley ' English lessons. My daughter who is 6 years old, really enjoys attend in weekly. All activities make my child busy and happy : talking, reading, singing...always with lots of fun. We highly recommend Lesley.

Lesley was a wonderful kind patient teacher for my daughter who arrived in the UK aged 13 with very little English and went straight into normal school (but online given COVID). Lesley helped her during each holiday with positive fun interactions and built her confidence. My daughter's school report now one year on is full of praise for how quickly she learned English. Lesley is a super teacher who has been teaching my daughter during her stay in UK and even after moving back to Japan for these several months. My daughter is fully enjoying her classes and keep developing her English capability. Lesley's flexibility in lesson schedule is also very helpful especially during the changed environment/school schedule (as well as the time-zone gap) of my daughter.

Before my son started online learning with Lesley, I thought that online learning was not a good learning tool. However, after seeing my son's improvement, I was convinced that online learning is a great tool, especially with a great teacher such as Lesley, who can adapt the lessons to his needs.

My six-year-old daughter really enjoys learning English with Lesley.
The lessons are engaging, with different (though related) activities.
Lesley is full of energy, adapts her lessons according to our need, takes the time to send information about what has been studied after each lesson (which is valuable and really nice of her).
We're really satisfied with her lessons.
